Terms of Service
**Please read the Terms of Service carefully before requesting a commission from Darkesq (artist)All prices mentioned by the artist are finalThe prices listed and advertised are the base/starting prices, and the artist may add additional charges according to the complexity, quantity of designs requested, or additional changes based on design.Payments will be made upfront via Paypal in either full or half and half increments.If paying half and half, the final half will be paid to the artist when the final art is finished and distributed when paid. If no payment has been made after artwork is completed, the final artwork will be placed on hold for 2 weeks after completion and may risk being discarded after the time has passed.Refunds
No Refunds
You can't make any refunds/chargebacks or cancellations without further discussion and consent from the artist.
A partial refund can be discussed if the artist has not completed the commission
Only two (2) revisions can be made during each drawing stage (unless the artist has missed or forgotten something). There will be an additional revision fee for any other consecutive revisions requested.Usage of artwork
I have the right to reject any commission requested
I hold the rights over commissioned artwork (to post on social media (Instagram, Bluesky, Reddit), artwork is my own, if characters are not, they will be stated to the original creator)
Commissions are not to be resold by both client and artist. They are for personal use only and MAY be posted/ edited/ cropped/ printed with the artists credit and tagged social media handles (Instagram, Bluesky).
Editing out the artists signature or creating a false credit is forbidden.
The artist MAY post commission WIP's on social media unless requested otherwise
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for profit/commercial use or reselling (Merchandise or NFT's) Unless discussed beforehand.
You may NOT use artwork for AI training usage or programs.If you have any additional questions, concerns or wish to use the artwork for commercial use, please feel free to reach out to me via Email or Instagram DM's and state it is for a commission.
