Terms of Service
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before requesting a commission from me!1. All prices mentioned are final unless I decide to adjust them during negotiation. No haggling please.2. The prices listed and advertised are the base/starting prices, and I may add additional charges according to the complexity, quantity of designs requested, or additional changes based on design.3. All artwork is hand drawn and is not made using GenAI technology or used for training material.4. I retain ownership of the artwork, by purchasing a commission, you aren't purchasing the authorship of the artwork.5. Artwork is for private use only, you are allowed to print the artwork but are not allowed to distribute/sell it without a commercial license.6. You may share the artwork via social media as long as I am credited as the artist, the signature is not edited or removed and a tag or link referring back to me is mentioned.7. I keep the right to use the final artwork for portfolio or promotional use (unless requested otherwise)8. Final artwork will not be used by the client to train any AI models or to be sold as NFTsPayments:
1. Payments will be made upfront via Paypal in either full or half and half increments.2. Payment will be in USD, but I also accept Canadian currency.3. If paying half and half, the final half will be paid to the artist when the final art is finished and distributed when paid.4. If no payment has been made after artwork is completed, the final will be kept on hold until communication or it will be discarded after 60 days of commission finishing.Refunds
1. No refunds/chargebacks please! If Im unable to finish the artwork within 30 days or until a given deadline, you are eligible for a refund.
2. If there is no response within 24hrs, the deadline will be extended until communication is re-established.Refunds do not apply/ the order is cancelled if:
1. The client becomes verbally abusive, shows harassment or micromanagement
2. The terms of service is breached by the client
there is no response from the chosen communication method in 30 days
3. the client changes their mind and doesn't want to finish the commission.Process:
1. After filling out the google form, I will reach out to you to discuss your commission and any details such as deadlines or additional references. You can upload your references in the Google Form. Please refrain from uploading NFSW imagery. I can decline your order after seeing the references If I deem them offensive.2. After discussing the details of your commission, ill give you a quote of the final price. Note that additional upcharges such as a full render, background, additional characters or complexity of the commission will be included. Payment is done upfront via Paypal in full increments or half and half.3. After payment, I will begin the sketching stage helping figure out concept work. You can ask for 2 new set of sketches of you aren't satisfied with them. After a sketch is picked, Ill begin the lineart and rendering phase.4. During the lineart and rendering phase, you are allowed 2 free minor revisions (eg, hand change, different expression, item color, ect). Major changes would be an additional charge of 25% of the artwork (brand new pose, additional items, color scheme change, full background change, ect). Please refrain from micromanaging certain elements of the artwork or it will be charged (moving a gem 2 mm to the left, ect). If I have forgotten something in the artwork, there will be no charge.5. After the commission is completed, if you paid in full, the full resolution artwork (JPEG and PNG) with my signature will be provided to you. If you require no background in your art, you are free to request it (does not apply to art with backgrounds already painted in).
